December, 15 F-AUTO at the boarding school in Gorodeya

Special thanks for the help in organizing this event we would like to say to our confederates:
-to the teaching stuff of the boarding school in Gorodeya, who has helped us to prepare this holiday for the children;
-to Vladimir Bogdanov, the person that took over the organization of this event and was with us from the beginning till the end of the day;
-to Catherine Laptsevich, who prepared marvelous dance and music shows and also helped to collect toys for the children;
-to barmen from MOLOTOV Bartenders Center, that came with us and made a cocktail show for the children;
-and to everybody who did not stay away and helped us to make this wonderful holiday.
Why Gorodeya?
The choice of this institution wasn’t random. Firstly, most of the boys and girls from so much loved by us, but unfortunately disbanded, school in Stolbtsy live here now. And secondly, here, as in the school in Stolbtsy, children here are not spoiled by attention – the school is situated not far from Minsk, and its pupils are not common children either. But all these facts not only didn’t stop us, but, contrariwise, just strengthened our desire to take care of exactly these children.

Preparation
The first impression is known to be the strongest. That is why we have deserved so much forces and energy to the preparation for this trip. We have thought over the whole program, from the beginning to the end, ourselves – we have written the scenario, bought the requisite and found confederates among creative people in different spheres. All the details were taken into account! And after everything was ready we finally have named the date of the trip – December, 15.

Old and new friends
Although it’s raining and snowing heavily outside, we are purposefully rushing to the side of Gorodeya. At the track we identify each other by cars full of toys, and at the entrance into the city we build in the column in order to drive up as a team. This visit must be especially pleasant, since we have the possibility not only to meet our old friends but also to find new ones! 86 children are already waiting for a holiday, and we are in readiness to make it for them!

Inflating, decorating !!
This time we were abound of human resources – there were plenty of volunteers in blue shirts and T-shirts F-AUTO! And despite the fact that because of bad weather we arrived at the boarding school an hour late, the preparations were finished almost in time. Banners were hung and balloons were inflated in as quickly as possible. So, when everything was finished, an ordinary assembly hall became really festive. Although..No! It became so only when it had had the main decoration - the children's smiles!

Attention! We are starting!
The opening of any event, and especially children’s one, is a responsible task. This time we have decided to win the children’s hearts with help of music! Everyone couldn’t help smiling, as it was impossible to resist the charm of the young and childlike! A simple, but unbelievably sincere song with the symbolic name "Smiley", performed by the members of the modern art center Jazz-Hand Sonya and Eva, created the atmosphere of friendship and set the right course for fun!

Maybe we should make it swee
Our fete was sweet from the very beginning. The 3-liter jar, full of tasty chocolate sweets, was given to the most quick-witted child even before the main part of the program. And everything that was needed to receive it was to make the right bet on the amount of sweets, which we, by the way, have counted up together. In such a way, having remembered the elements of mathematics, we handed the deserved price to the winner, and regale other children with colorful sweetmeats.

Creating with love!
While children were eating our treats with appetite, we proposed them to think about their closest people. Under our strict guidance ten most “certain” boys and girls created real Christmas masterpieces – cards, filled with warmth and love. Than they enthusiastically told us for whom they’d tried so hard. The exhibition turned out to be so racy and interesting, that we just couldn’t choose the winner! That is why all the participants got presents, and we under classy music went on!

Adding passion!
Competitions! This is always merry and interesting! And in order to make everyone cheerful we have decided to organize a real fan support. While participants of two teams tried to tame a bucket and a mop, learned to run with three balls and remembered the basics of spelling, all the other children “made some noise”! Sedentary place turned into real tribunes, and children, using various whistles, clappers and other noisemakers, untiringly supported the chosen team.

A flight of fantasy!
All the children are big dreamers. And we decided to give them the possibility to fantasize a lot. Having organized two zones for needlework – for boys and girls – we proposed them to reincarnate into engineers and designers. The idea was met with great approval and the work started! Boys with admirable tenacity toiled at iron parts, creating supercars, and girls laboriously made outfits from means at hand. Our employees supported young creators with pleasure, helping them to discover their talents.

A photo for memory!
It would be a real blasphemy not to capture such a beauty! After the professional work of our visagiste the girls-models shone so bright that everyone wanted to make a photo with them. And they, like true stars, just smiled nicely and changed poses with every new flash bulb. Boys also liked the photo camera. Having quickly snapped up the prepared beforehand inventory - guns, revolvers and sabers - they even played a small performance. Oh, that’s a pity that there was no camera with us! ))

And now – disco!
The first part of our program was over. The children have played, run, posed to their hearts’ content, but one more surprise was waiting for them onward – we prepared a real disco for them! And here everything was in an adult way: a dance floor, DJ, dance show, barman show and, of course, treats for everyone! Hardly had the children known about it, when a healthy glow played on their faces, and eyes shone again. About fatigue was forgotten immediately!

The young dancers from the center Jazz-Hand showed how people can move under music right at our improvised disco. After their amazing performance the children not just tried to move to the beat, but even repeated some movements! And during the second emergence they already couldn’t seat at their places and although constrainingly, behind the backs of mates, but still repeated difficult movements together with the dancers. It is not excluded that someone from them has even opened a dance talent in himself!

One more disco show also generated great interest among the children. Barmen from MOLOTOV Bartenders Center skillfully demonstrated pupils how to tame bottles and glasses and make them work. With opened mouths they eyed every new flight of crockery and groaned each time it landed successfully. And after the degustation of laid up entertainment and delicious cocktails, prepared at presence of the them, full and glad children already sang another merry song with Sonya and Eva.

The last sounds of the disco
Now it’s time to finish our disco, but boys and girls stoutly don’t want to DJ to go!! Well, how can we refuse them??!! )) And Catherine Laptsevich, which not only has prepared the dance show for our disco but also managed DJ equipment for the whole day, turns on another “last” track. Dance, children, dance! Just never stop! ))

But we have to say goodbye
Even by the end of the day our presents for children didn’t end. But we were so amazed to find out that pupils have also prepared a surprise for us – wonderful Christmas cards. Thank you, our darlings! But no matter how we try to postpone the moment of farewell – it comes in any way. And the question is not when will it be, but – what will it be. Our parting was joyful and even happy, because for us and for the children it meant only one thing: there is already one day less left before the next trip! ))
